How much does your services cost?

Every project is unique. The price depends on the project size and the complication. General price ranges for smaller projects can run in the 500-800 AED range, mid-sized projects can be in the 1000-2000 AED range and large projects 2500+ AED. We can also arrange you a monthly subscription based on your need. if you are interested in long-term services, such as shop drawings and payment requests, or if you are an active contractor that submits tenders permanently. We will send you a monthly package price that includes these services. For example (2 Mid-size tenders, 4 shop drawing submissions,1 payment request) will cost you 2500 AED. This price tends to be more affordable than hiring a full-time estimator or technical engineer.

Where are your offices?
Can we discuss the tender quantities with the employees directly?

Our offices are basically in Amman-Jordan. But we have two senior quantity surveyors located in UAE. Whenever you want to discuss the quantities or if you have any questions, these engineers are available to help you.

What is your turn around or delivery time ?

For most projects our delivery is between 5-7 business days. Occasionally larger or more complex projects may take 8-10 business days. We always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting. If you have a rush project needed sooner than 5 days, let us know your bid date and we’ll try to accommodate, or add a small expedite fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.

How does the whole process happen?

The process is really simple and easy. Just email us your projects plan and drawings and we will provide you with a free quote. Our finished product ensures you receive coded marked PDF Drawings and an excel spreadsheet with the material quantities or estimate as requested.

I am a small business. Will you do takeoff for my company?

Absolutely. We work with dozens of small businesses and start-up companies across the UAE & Jordan. Our takeoff staffs are experts in working with small businesses. We are happy to work with you.

How accurate are your estimates?

Our estimates are very accurate and it designed as guidelines for you to finalize pricing so you’ll be able to make your final adjustments with the Excel Spreadsheet we send you. Our estimating team are construction professionals with plenty of field experience and we make adjustments based on factors such as changes to productivity, equipment, etc.

What if I don’t have plans for the project?

Our team are able to work with Conceptual, Schematic & Drawings only phase projects because he has estimated over in projects for General Contractors, Developers, Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers, Subcontractors, Homeowners, and Lenders. I can say they’ve seen it all. We are able to make accurate determinations in estimates, especially if the plans are missing information or things are conflicting, we have so many projects to reference.
